Exercise Mantra
Dr. A.R. Vanitha Senthil
Founder and Chief Physiotherapist
With nearly two decades of experience in physiotherapy, I have dedicated my professional life to helping people restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life through personalized therapeutic treatments. After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, I completed my Master’s in Physiotherapy at RV College of Physiotherapy, where I honed my skills in advanced musculoskeletal therapies and rehabilitation techniques.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of patients—whether it’s athletes recovering from injuries, individuals managing chronic pain, or patients needing post-surgical rehabilitation. I believe in a patient-centered approach, which means each treatment plan is uniquely crafted based on a detailed assessment of the patient's needs. My goal is always to help my patients regain their strength, confidence, and independence.

I believe in the importance of continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advances in physiotherapy. This commitment allows me to offer the most effective treatments, tailored to each patient’s unique requirements. Beyond the technical aspect of physiotherapy, I am deeply committed to fostering an environment of empathy, trust, and open communication with my patients.

"Exercise Mantra was born out of my passion to create a clinic that offers more than just physical recovery. I wanted a space where individuals feel supported throughout their rehabilitation journey, where we work together not only to achieve recovery but to maintain long-term well-being through evidence-based treatments, ensuring that each patient receives the best possible care."
